a gatlinburg wedding | Sarah + Ben

Wednesday, November 25th, 2009

Being a photographer is an honor, to be asked to photograph a wedding is a task not to be taken lightly. It’s especially that way when its a destination wedding, a small and intimate wedding set in a chapel in Gatlinburg. You feel thankful that the family included you to capture such a special time.

Sarah and Ben were married in Gatlinburg, TN at a beautiful chapel in their destination wedding. It was so much fun to be the photographer at this wedding. The chapel in Gatlinburg was picture perfect and Sarah and Ben and their family were so welcoming. They even decided to see each other before the ceremony to get some photography in before the sun set…love that! Enjoy the pictures!

christine and patrick | a bleak house wedding

Friday, November 13th, 2009

Christine and Patrick got married at the Bleak House in Knoxville in a beautiful ceremony that resulted in amazing photographs! Check out their other awesome photos at their first sneak peek of the wedding day is here and their engagement pictures we took in downtown Knoxville are here. Of course we had to give them a few more pictures on the blog to show off some of their wedding awesomeness!

A big shout out to Kelsey at the Bleak House who was the most organized coordinator to date that I have worked with. Simply awesome! Thank you so much Kelsey!

first up: candy, New York black and white cookies (fresh from New York and amazing!), and ring shots, oh my!

game over :)

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

Jenny and Ty got married in Clinton, TN at a beautiful house and gardens in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony. Clinton, TN is beautiful, especially in the fall and the day of this wedding was no exception with the rain holding out for us too! The wedding was absolutely perfect for a perfect couple. Jenny and Ty are amazing! The reception was made complete with Ty’s outfit change that you can see in the pictures below (and it will make the title of the post make sense) :)

Here is the first sneak peek of the gorgeous location.
and here’s another:)

Jenny decided to have some fun with Ty and the best man gave him this ring instead of the real one. Hilarious! It even lit up!
