five on friday | my five lives

my friend Melanie has been proposing some super fun questions as she reads the Artist’s Way and I thought we would use that as inspiration for our five on friday this week. I love questions that get you thinking in a fun way.

So the question is “If you had 5 imaginary lives to live, what would they be? What would you do?”

Here are my 5 answers…

-full time missionary
-writer
-Travel Channel host…like Samantha Brown
-a farmer’s wife
-a cool surfer girl that ran a little beach restaurant

my imaginary lives…
1. to live at the beach and learn to surf
2. to live in the mountains, on a lake, canoeing and yodeling
3. to live in a city in a condo working at a local coffee shop
4. to own my own sewing shop/fabrics/classes/creations
5. to be an artist

1- I would love to own, and live in a beach house.
2- I would love to have a cabin on the lake.
3- I would love to go on more cruises.
4- To go back and spend a lot of time with my grandparents. (They have passed away, and I miss them so much).
5- Travel the world!

1 – work at any job where I didn’t travel
2 – own an organic farm and spend all day outside working
3 – Be an author living in the Seattle area
4 – Be a stay at home mom
5 – Be a kindergarten teacher

1. National Geographic Photographer.
2. Missionary.
3. I would love to have lots of money so I could walk around and give money to needy people, homeless people, parents with sick children- pay hospital bills….just random acts of kindness….wouldn’t that be awesome!
4. Back in the 1800′s…beautiful clothes and men were men.
5. Be like the guys off Pickers…buy “junk” off of people and turn a profit…Travel to yard sales all the time…=)

How funny that 3 of mine pretty much match 3 of yours!!

~No $$ worries so I could spend time doing local mission work & practicing random acts of kindness!!!
~SURFER GIRL (once I learned, anyway), spending time on the beach and running some sort of shop…
