I was married in 1993 and I can attest to the truth of placing photography among the top top priorities. The only things more important are which person to marry, and the location. If I could attach photos to prove my point here, it would take less than ten seconds to convince you. My pictures are all I have and they are my memory keepers. If they are lousy or non-existent, well, it stinks. Also, have a written contract that spells out particulars. Your photographer friend doing the job on the cheap isn’t the way to go.
