shake what your mama gave ya… (Knoxville photographer)

last night I had the privilege of giving back to the awesome church here in Knoxville we’ve been going to and took some pictures for the band. I love giving back with photography and need to do more of it. Last year I worked with KARM here in Knoxville to give back to the mothers there by photographing their kids for mother’s day and love that the gift that God gave me was able to impact them in such a positive way.

That is what these guys are doing every Sunday. They give back with the gift that God has given them. Which leads me to the slightly crazy title of this post…use your talents for good, pay it forward, be the change. Don’t just shake what your mama gave ya, give back what God has blessed you with. ok, end of sermon:) enjoy the pictures!

ps…leave some love in the comment box!

Great Images, I love the lens flares you’ve got going on in these shots!

I couldn’t wait to check your blog to see some of the shots from Thursday! We’ll have to get together sometime so I can pick your brain for some advice.

The top picture of the guitarist in the spotlight is quite possibly one of the best photographs of my fiance’ Eddie. Can we get a copy of this picture e mailed to us?

I wish I could get stuck in a train station for hours and see infinite photographs that catch my gaze and attention by the quiet thoughts they communicate. Nick’s legs do that to me. It’s nothing, and it means every single drop of thought.
